Army Review Curfew Time In Yobe

The 3 division special operation battalion
Damaturu has reviewed the 24 hour curfew
imposed on Damaturu the capital in the
early hours of today sequel to the attack on
the state by radical sect, Boko Haram.
A statement issued by the spokesman of
the battalion Captain Eli Lazarus says
residents can from tomorrow Saturday 26th
October 2013; go about their normal
activities within the hours of 7 in the
morning and 4 in the evening.
The statement enjoined residents to comply with the directives and to accord the security agents
the usual cooperation in the search for peace in the state.
The suspected Boko Haram sect had yesterday launched a coordinated attack in Damaturu. They
started with an attack on the military check point close to the mega station to signal the
commencement of the attack.
